But here, Teacherpreneur means something different.
I believe every teacher is a CEO—not of a company, but of their classroom, their professional growth, and their life.
Great teachers don't simply deliver lessons. They make hundreds of decisions every day. They lead students, collaborate with colleagues, communicate with families, solve problems, manage time, adapt to change, and continue learning throughout their careers.
That is leadership.

As an educator and researcher, my work focuses on helping teachers build sustainable, fulfilling careers. Teaching is one of the most meaningful professions in the world, but it is also one of the most demanding. Too many passionate educators experience stress, exhaustion, and burnout because they spend so much energy caring for others that they forget to care for themselves.
A true Teacherpreneur understands that taking care of yourself is not selfish—it is essential. You cannot lead others well if you are running on empty.
